There really isn't much to this post. True 1000 Islands dressing includes dill relish usually but since LJ has a deep seeded hatred of all things pickled I'm forced to leave it out. All that is required is ketchup and mayonnaise. I also add a little red wine or balsamic vinegar to thin the dressing so it pours more easily over the salad. Couldn't be easier.
