After making crepes a couple of times over the last few weeks LJ said, "You should try making savory crepes." Crepes are nice because of their flexibility and can go either sweet or savory so I gave it a shot.
I made a cheese sauce and added ham and sauteed onions. The only thing I would have done differently was clean out the pan better after cooking the onions and ham before I started the cheese sauce in it. The resulting sauce turned out grayish instead of orange because of the blackened ham bits left in the pan.
The end results were quite filling but almost too heavy. After finishing we decided to stick with the sweet crepes for awhile.
